However, a few staff members in dining areas lacked promptness in service, and some amenities required maintenance. Overall, a memorable stay with fantastic views and a warm atmosphere.

I loved the location of Taj Lands End, right by the sea with stunning views. The room was spacious and well-decorated, making us feel truly pampered. The staff were exceptional. They surprised us with balloons and a birthday cake, which made my husband's birthday really special. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the variety was impressive and the quality was good. However, there were some hiccups too. The room service was slow at times, and when I asked for certain amenities, I had to follow up multiple times. It felt a bit disorganized when it came to towels and bottles of water provided, especially for three guests. Also, the common areas could use more seating – it felt crowded at times, and finding a spot to relax was tricky. I still had a good time overall, but I think there's room for improvement in the service responsiveness and overall organization.

Stunning waterfront views from the room. The breakfast buffet had a great spread but got crowded really quickly. Enjoyed a fantastic walking tour nearby. Service could be quicker during peak hours. Overall a nice place to unwind.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Taj Club's offerings was disappointing. The room itself was in disarray, lacking standard features like a glass bathroom, and housekeeping had clearly overlooked cleanliness, as the bathrobe had hair on it. It also irked me how the quality of a club room varied glaringly between different stays, which was unexpected. All in all, I anticipated better, especially considering my past stays here.

Family stay with some hiccups

Had a nice view from our room, balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff were very polite, treated us like family, even brought us cookies after we asked for a late-night snack, felt like home.

It wasn't inexpensive but it’s kinda what you expect for this level of place.
