The attention to detail and genuine care from the staff. The butler team offered really good service was nice, while the delicious breakfast buffet featured a great selection, including peanut butter. A few staff members in dining areas lacked promptness in service, and some amenities required maintenance. A nice stay with fantastic views and a warm atmosphere.

the place was exceptional and pretty standard, with its best staff in particular the service and staff. i was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for the breakfast. really enjoyed bathtub in my separate bathroom. the location was stunning for my stay, 500 metres from a cable-stayed bridge.

All rooms were neat.
The location of the hotel was particularly good - within easy walking distance of a cable-stayed bridge. We ate in the particularly good restaurant for the breakfast which was reasonably priced.

Had a very enjoyable stay on personal vacation, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was savoury and there was lots of food to choose from. It had a stunning location right by the restaurant and airport and different outlets. Everything was simply perfect.

Good location, cleanlineess, service, comfort
Icredibly high prices at hotel restaurants, big problem as in the vicinity of the hotel there are no decent places to eat. Minimal dinner cost for a couple, without any drinks - $100 (self service) or about $200 in full service restaurants. Also smallest room in the business center - $60/hour to use

The hotel is fabulous, but the staff here are even better. I have yet to meet friendlier and more pleasant staff - the whole team is great. The buffet at breakfast is excellent too. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) are spacious and well appointed.
